Qualifications

• 10+ years of Medicare, managed care, health insurance, or related healthcare strategy/leadership.
• 5+ years of leadership and/or cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience owning complex strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong project and program management skills, including governance and dependency management.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare programs, operations, and market dynamics.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders across functions.
• Strong executive communication and business case development skills.
• BA required, MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner for a strategic HRA-related technology and clinical initiative.
• Define and evolve strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with Medicare goals and member experience needs.
• Partner across business, clinical, operations, technology, compliance, and markets to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making on priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and execution risks.
• Establish governance, implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and resource needs.
• Track performance, risks, dependencies, and investment against plan and adjust as needed.
• Identify gaps and lead development of practical, scalable improvements.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations tied to the initiative.
• Drive alignment, accountability, and execution across a broad group of stakeholders.
