Qualifications

• 10+ years in Medicare, managed care, health insurance, or related healthcare strategy/leadership.
• 5+ years of leadership and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic HRA-related technology and clinical initiative.
• Define and evolve the strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with Medicare goals and member experience.
• Partner across business, clinical, operations, technology, compliance, and market teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making on priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish governance, implementation plans, timelines, and resource needs.
• Track performance, risks, dependencies, and investment against plan.
• Identify gaps and lead practical, scalable improvements.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Drive alignment and execution across stakeholders.
