The role drives multi-year MAPD strategy, market evolution, benefit design, and pharmacy economics while influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy or related leadership functions.
• Strong knowledge of MAPD, Part D, PDP, CMS regulations, Stars and pharmacy economics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable executive-level insights and narratives.
• Experience with executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, forecasts and performance measurement.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and data-visualization skills with cross-functional influence.
• Advanced analytical skills including scenario development and business impact assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analytics and business leadership for MAPD, Part D and PDP.
• Translate insights into executive-ready recommendations to drive growth and margins.
• Lead development of multi-year MAPD strategic expectations and market evolution.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards and KPI forecasts for leadership reviews.
