Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Network Management to design models, plan initiatives and negotiate Commercial/Medicare Advantage agreements with Texas providers. You will work across teams to align contracting strategies with accessibility, quality, compliance and cost goals.

The role requires 10+ years of negotiation experience, provider contracting knowledge, and Texas residency. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years related experience and expert level negotiation skills with successful track record negotiating contracts with large or complex national vendors/providers.
• Proven working knowledge of provider financial issues and regulator y requirements and contracting options.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and manage initiatives that improve total medical cost and quality.
• Must reside in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual models, initiative planning and negotiating Commercial/Medicare Advantage agreements with Texas providers.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency with contracting strategies and accessibility, quality, compliance, and financial goals.
