Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience negotiating contracts with hospitals, facilities, and physician groups, including language development and rate analysis.
• Ability to leverage competitive market data, financial metrics, and detailed analysis to secure favorable contract outcomes.
• 3+ years of provider relationship management or related healthcare roles with proven contract management expertise.
• Knowledge of provider financial issues, contracting options, regulatory requirements and competitive strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations with hospital and physician groups.
• Manage contract performance and develop value-based arrangements aligned with strategy.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard providers to meet network targets and cost objectives.
• Support provider compensation strategy, pricing development, and reimbursement modeling.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and measurable impact.
• Represent the organization with providers, customers, and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
• Evaluate provider network strategy for alignment with state requirements and product needs.
• Improve provider engagement and resolve escalations related to claims and contract interpretation.
