Ladders is seeking a Lead Director, Agile Practice Management to guide a centralized program management practice for enterprise-scale technology and business transformation within the Healthcare space. Remote US-based role with focus on governance, portfolio leadership, and delivery excellence.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to build high-performing teams, establish delivery standards, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered consistently and on budget.

Formación

• 10+ years in program and portfolio management for large-scale technology initiatives
• 5+ years leading enterprise portfolios with budgets over $25M annually
• 5+ years in a leadership role developing PM/PMO teams and HR duties
• Experience establishing new programs with governance and delivery practices from scratch
• Proficient in portfolio budgeting, forecasting and variance management

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director, Agile Practice Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will shape and guide a centralized program management practice that supports enterprise-scale technology and business transformation. The ideal candidate will bring strong portfolio leadership, financial discipline, and governance expertise to help ensure strategic and regulatory initiatives are delivered with consistency and predictability. This person will also partner closely with cross-functional leaders to build high-performing teams and strengthen delivery standards across the organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $144,200 – $288,400 annually
