Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee Direct Support Employees in residential homes. You will supervise staff, schedule, train, and ensure performance in line with policies and laws.

This is a regular, full-time role dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The job requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus health-related experience; CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus, and you may be active in on-call

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree in a health-related area preferred.
• Two years’ experience in a health-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages direct supervision of two or more employees.
• Interviewing, hiring recommendations, and training of employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; review performance and provide feedback.

Education

2 years’ health-related field experience (preferred)
