Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is looking for a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to provide vital support to individuals facing intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with health and safety procedures, community life, and medical requests while ensuring quality care for each person supported.

The ideal candidate is personable, able to lift significant weights, and holds a high school diploma. Employee benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
• Regular lifting of at least 30 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures.
• Support person-centered planning and outcomes.
• Assist with medical requests and data collection.
