Community Access Services in Gresham, Oregon is seeking a Program Lead – Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full-time position. The role combines hands-on residential supports with day-to-day program leadership. Pay is $22.25–$23.25 per hour, DOE, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

The Program Lead will mentor DSPs, build person-centered goals, supervise daily activities, oversee medication administration, and ensure a safe, welcoming home environment for adults with IDD.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or in a Direct Support Professional role
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license; ability to become an approved company driver
• Ability to pass a national background check

Responsibilities

• Building meaningful, person-centered relationships that promote independence, dignity, and choice
• Assisting individuals with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and hygiene
• Supporting community outings, appointments, recreation, employment, and personal goals
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and skill development
• Administering medications and completing documentation accurately
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment

What Does a Program Lead Do?

As a Program Lead, you'll continue providing direct support while helping ensure the success of the home.

Responsibilities include:
