Job summary

Community Access Services in The Dalles, Oregon is seeking a full-time Program Lead – Lead Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on support and help lead daily operations of a residential program for adults with IDD. The role offers pay of $22.25–$23.25 per hour (DOE) and a $1,000 Hiring Bonus, plus opportunities for paid training and professional growth.

What Does a Program Lead Do?

As a Program Lead, you'll continue providing direct support while helping ensure the success of the home.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or in a Direct Support Professional role required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to become an approved company driver
  • Ability to pass a national background check
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals with mobility needs
