Job summary

Community Access Services in Salem, Oregon is hiring multiple full-time Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community living settings. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a national background check.
• Ability to become an approved company driver.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (cooking, personal care, hygiene, household tasks).
• Support community outings, appointments, recreation, and personal goals.

Pay: $21.75–$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $1,000 Hiring Bonus

What Does a Direct Support Professional Do?

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible while building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities include:
