Job summary

Community Access Services in Hood River, Oregon is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for full-time roles at a 24 Hour Residential Group Home. Pay ranges from $21.75 to $22.75 per hour (DOE) plus a $1,500 hiring bonus.

What Does a Direct Support Professional Do?

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible while building meaningful relationships.

• Building positive, supportive relationships with individuals served
• Assisting with daily living activities such as cooking, personal care, hygiene, and household tasks
• Supporting community outings, appointments, recreation, and personal goals
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and skill development
• Administering medications and completing documentation accurately
