Job summary

Resources for Human Development is looking for a Lead Direct Support Professional in Riegelsville, PA. This full-time position supports the Site Supervisor while providing direct care to consumers, mentoring staff, and ensuring a quality services environment.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or higher, experience with individuals with IDD and understanding of trauma-informed care. Comprehensive benefits including health care and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with individuals with IDD and/or mental health issues.
• Basic computer and internet literacy.
• Valid driver’s license and subject to clearances.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide feedback to Direct Support Professionals.
• Develop organizational systems for services based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with management for daily operation preparation.
