Job summary

A leading support services provider in Philadelphia is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional to support the Site Supervisor in delivering quality care for individuals with disabilities and behavioral health needs. This role includes mentoring staff and ensuring Individual Service Plans are carried out effectively. Applicants must have a high school diploma, preferably with an associate's or bachelor's degree, and at least 2 years of experience in the field. A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and background clearances are also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD or behavioral health needs.
• Basic computer skills including email and documentation systems.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals in residential settings.
• Support implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
• Mentor and support Direct Support Professionals.
