Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Direct Support Professional experience.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to complete orientation and pre-service training.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP team to ensure high-quality services and compliance with standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Direct Support Professionals.
• Support daily residential operations in a safe, person-centered environment.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills and independent activities.
• Promote health, wellness, and community integration through activities.
