Hope Network in Michigan is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals build independence through daily living activities, community participation, and goal achievement. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered support in a safe, respectful environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliable communication, and resilience as you assist with ADLs, transportation, and meaningful skill development, contributing to meaningful comebacks every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
