Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Grand Rapids, MI to empower individuals to build independence through daily living support, community participation, and skill development. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered care and help people thrive in their communities.

You will assist with ADLs, transportation, and activities, maintain safety and structure, and support individuals in reaching personal goals.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Required

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
