Job summary

Hands of Heartland in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Residential Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will work alongside DSPs to help individuals with daily living activities and skill development.

Full-time evening shifts, every other weekend required. Starting pay is $19 per hour, with $20 for experience and CNA license; incentives available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in their home, in the community, and other settings to ensure meaningful living.
• Support DSPs and work alongside them to assist individuals with day-to-day living activities and developing skills.
