Job summary

Hands of Heartland in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Residential Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will work alongside DSPs to help individuals with daily living activities and skill development.

Full-time evening shifts, every other weekend required. Starting pay is $19 per hour, with $20 for experience and CNA license; incentives available.

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Residential Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Caregiver in Lincoln, NE.

What You’ll Do:

Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in their home, in the community, and other various settings to ensure they have a meaningful life. You will support DSPs along with working side by side with them as they assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in all settings.

Hours:

Full-time position primarily working evening shifts, with every other weekend required. Candidates must have the ability to flex their schedule as needed.
