You will support the Program Director, mentor DSPs, and ensure safety, dignity, and person-centered care. The role requires a valid drivers license and a compassionate, dependable attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served).
• Experience working with behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services to individuals served across finance, medical, recreation, program services, family contact/involvement, education, and household management.
• Assist the Program Director with organizing policies, training staff, and data reporting.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance to persons served and DSPs; ensure safety and personal growth.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties; assist with daily living tasks and documentation.
