Flexible shifts and starting pay of $15.75 per hour are highlighted, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

You will work directly with people, guiding daily activities, promoting safety and personal growth, and collaborating with a team to uphold person-centered care and respect.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Successful background clearance as part of onboarding/employment.
• Good reading, writing and communication skills to document care and follow support plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety and personal growth of individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as mobility, dressing, bathing, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
