The role includes hands-on assistance, personal care, housekeeping, and transportation duties if needed. Paid training, benefits for FT staff, and PTO are offered.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and pass a background check; teamwork and compassionate communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to transport persons served; may require own vehicle and auto liability insurance.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Reliable, adaptable, flexible.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Successful background check required.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to individuals.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
