Dungarvin in Indiana is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver to provide hands-on support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible while maintaining dignity and respect.

You will assist with daily living activities, ensure safety and personal growth, and collaborate with a dedicated team. A valid driver's license, 18+ and background clearance are required; paid training, benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served).
• Some positions may require your own vehicle and auto liability insurance based on the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.

• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
