Job summary

HIT Inc in North Dakota is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the Day Program's Follow Me program. DSPs provide hands-on support to individuals in our programs, helping them work toward their personal goals through active treatment and meaningful daily activities.

The role involves shifts starting as early as 6 AM and weekly rotations in a group home setting. We offer health, dental & vision insurance, HSA & FSA options, employer-paid EAP, PTO and holidays, 401(k) with 6% match

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma.
• Preference is given to candidates with work experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
• Will obtain and maintain the required certifications, including becoming a medication technician, CPR and First Aid certification, Therapeutic Response Certification, a valid ND Driver’s License as necessary for the position.
