Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. is seeking a full-time Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) to provide personal care services to adults with physical disabilities at our Saint Anthony, Minnesota location.

The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, helping with meals, and ensuring residents receive proper medication. As Lead DSP you will observe and relay information to the Program Manager and act as the on-site supervisor in the Program Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• You must be 18+ years of age.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work with little supervision.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents receive proper medication.
• Assist with personal cares and meal preparation to support quality of life.
• Serve as on-site lead and communicate information to the Program Manager when applicable.
