Job summary

Catholic Charities is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional to support a group home in Cold Spring, MN, working afternoon/evening shifts. You will train staff, coordinate care, and maintain regular contact with families to document progress and logs.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least two years of DSP experience, with strong leadership and driving capability. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass background and driving checks.
• Leadership experience a plus for supervising staff.
• Shifts are afternoon/evening with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new staff; organize shadow shifts for onboarding.
• Communicate routine updates with client families and document logs.
• Oversee house management with Residential Supervisor; foster positive culture.
• Ensure day-to-day client care; support activities and behavior plans.
• Coordinate and complete required trainings by deadlines.
