Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Fayetteville, AR to oversee day-to-day program activities and ensure high-quality services for participants. You will supervise staff, coordinate shift coverage, and coordinate care tasks while maintaining safety and program policies.

The role includes medication management, incident handling, and overseeing household operations, with a focus on both independent work and collaborative teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Act as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care tasks including ADLs, meals, and required supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs including menu development, groceries, and housekeeping.
• Ensure upkeep and maintenance of the assigned home; maintain cleanliness.
