Job summary

Dungarvin seeks a Lead Direct Support Professional to coordinate services for individuals served in a group home setting. You will provide direct support, guidance, and instruction to empower individuals to live as independently as possible with dignity.

This full-time role requires flexibility across shifts and offers benefits including health, life, dental, 401(k), PTO, and paid training. You will work within a mission-driven team dedicated to respect, response and choice.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document care.
• Ability to follow support plans and coordinate with team.
• Background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Assist with daily living tasks (mobility, dressing, bathing, toileting, hygiene).
• Assist with financials and documentation.
