Hope Network in Holland, MI is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional for the 2nd shift to support individuals in building independence and community integration. You will provide person-centered care, assist with daily living and medications, and help participants pursue personal goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
