Job summary

Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton's leading full-service senior living community dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional service, hospitality, and care. We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Lead Dining Server to support our Dining Services team.

This role combines hands-on service with team leadership, providing excellent table service while guiding and supporting other servers to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of table service and dining etiquette.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support team members in real time.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and service.
• Guide and direct servers during service to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Support team members in completing assigned duties and maintaining standards.
• Communicate goals, needs, and service flow throughout each shift.
• Assist with dining room setup, service execution, and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation, food safety, and service standards.
• Support completion of temperature logs, labeling, and cleanliness expectations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive dining environment.
