Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Lead Dining Server at Twin Towers in Cincinnati to guide a dining team and ensure exceptional resident experiences.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and strong dining operations knowledge, with a focus on service excellence, training, and creating a warm, resident-centered dining environment that supports dignity and comfort for seniors.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience as a Dining Server in a continuing care community or hospital preferred.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate as a model Dining Server, from whom others can learn.
• Provided explanation and demonstrations of proper techniques used to complete Dining Server job duties.
• Share regular constructive feedback to allow newly hired Dining Servs to understand expectations of the LEC way to perform role.

Location: Twin Towers | 5343 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45224
Schedule: Full-Time | 12:00pm -8:00pm including every other weekend

You are a service-oriented and experienced dining professional with a passion for leading and mentoring others. You model exceptional service, have a strong understanding of dining operations, and bring enthusiasm to training and supporting team members while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.
