NeoGenomics seeks a Manager, Digital Solutions to govern and deliver a portfolio of enterprise digital platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, establish demand management, and translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans.

You will mentor Business Analysts and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure regulatory and quality standards. You will drive agile delivery across multiple teams, manage dependencies, and align initiatives with the Digital Technology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5 years of progressive experience in lab, pharma or biotech with delivery/platform management.
2+ years directly managing people, including Business Analysts or similar roles.
Agile or delivery certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe etc.).
Willingness to travel up to 30% and lead governance for enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms.
Develop platform roadmaps and align with DTS roadmap.
Facilitate governance forums and balance value, regulatory needs, and resources.
Provide executive reporting on platform health and delivery progress.
Serve as relationship manager for business stakeholders across functions.
Coordinate delivery with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
