Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Manager, Digital Solutions to lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise digital platforms across multiple functions. You will establish an operating model for cross‑functional demand management, translate priorities into executable delivery plans, and coach a team of Business Analysts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in technology delivery or platform management with 2+ years in people management.
Relevant Agile or project delivery certification such as CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise digital platforms.
Develop and maintain platform roadmaps aligned to business strategy and the DTS roadmap.
Facilitate governance forums, balancing value, regulatory requirements, health, and capacity.
Provide executive reporting on platform health, delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
Serve as primary relationship manager for business stakeholders across functions.
Coordinate delivery with internal teams, vendors, and partners to meet scope and quality.
Lead Agile delivery across cross‑functional teams with dependency management.
Ensure regulatory, validation, documentation, and change-management requirements are met.
