Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Project Lead to support digital Entertainment content from greenlight to delivery.

You will ensure on-time, on-budget completion while meeting creative objectives, collaborating with Managing Producer, vendors, and brand partners. Responsibilities include building estimates, schedules, securing permits, coordinating on-set activities, and reporting project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 10 years in project management and production environments.
• Experience with end-to-end production workflows from concept to delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Managing Producer and vendor partners to scope, budget and outline production needs.
• Provide feasibility input on creative concepts based on time and scope.
• Build estimates, schedules and scope of work for productions.
• Manage project lifecycle and track milestones in project management systems.
• Secure permits and insurance for productions; coordinate with licensing.
• Attend on-set productions and ensure alignment with creative concepts.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and cross-department teams.
