Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital program/project management or related digital customer experience operations.
• Experience leading teams of program managers, technical PMs, or business analysts in a high-volume environment.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional digital initiatives from concept through global launch.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills with ability to influence partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a diverse team of program managers, technical PMs, and business analysts to drive excellence.
• Drive readiness and execution for major product introductions and digital releases across channels.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to integrate scalable rules engines and AI/self-service experiences.
• Establish cross-functional partnerships to evaluate requests, mitigate risk, and optimize journeys.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of sustaining ops, updates, and localized workflows.
• Champion tooling improvements and workflow automation to scale productivity and ensure data integrity.
• Leverage analytics to identify bottlenecks, measure impact, and inform leadership.
• Represent the team in reviews and executive forums with clear, impactful communication.
