The role emphasizes strategy, delivery, and cross-functional leadership to improve discovery, usability, and reliable order fulfillment across the journey.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements spanning customer-facing applications and back-end systems, services, or integrations.
• Experience partnering with Engineering to define system behavior, data flows, integrations, and end-to-end functional design.
• Bachelor's / 4 years Degree or master’s degree with 3–5 years in digital product management.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap for a specific functional area, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals.
• Translates the enterprise vision into actionable product strategies by understanding customers and associate needs.
• Leads discovery and journey mapping for customer and associate experiences not yet fully defined.
• Defines and tracks KPIs and analytics for features to guide refinements.
• Monitors product performance post-launch and informs future iterations.
