Job summary

CVS Health Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery Products will shape technology strategy for core clinical care delivery products. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with clinical and business leaders to deliver safe, high-quality outpatient care while reducing total costs.

The role requires Epic EHR expertise, experience with value-based care, and strong executive collaboration to drive outcomes across CVS Health Retail Health.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Track record: Partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends and pathways.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with care model leaders; enable safe, efficient outpatient delivery while reducing admin burden.
• Lead cross-functional teams (PMs, Epic Analysts, Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers) to translate clinical vision into tech roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end technology design, requirements, and Epic architectures; ensure real-time insights and data integration.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service to scale solutions across models.
