Job summary

Zeno Group, a global communications agency, seeks a Director of Digital Health & Wellness to lead digital and social strategy for healthcare, consumer health and biotech clients. You’ll connect insights, social, content and digital experiences to engage audiences in compliant ways.

Expect to mentor teams, advise clients and evolve Zeno’s digital health capabilities, while partnering across creative, paid media, analytics and UX to deliver integrated programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital strategy or related field, preferably healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience leading digital and social strategies for healthcare or regulated brands.
• Strong understanding of healthcare communications and regulatory processes (MLR, FDA guidelines).
• Experience translating audience data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing client relationships and providing strategic digital counsel.
• Collaborative leadership across creative, analytics, UX, and account teams.
• Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills for strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and social strategy for healthcare, consumer health and biotech clients.

• Mentor junior strategists and develop talent within the group.
