Job summary

Judge Consulting Group is seeking a Manager, Digital Experience & Workflow Platforms to lead strategy, delivery, and evolution of customer-facing digital platforms and workflow automation. This role oversees cross-functional teams building portal experiences while driving efficiency through modern workflow technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading application development teams and enterprise digital initiatives.
• Strong experience supporting and delivering customer and agent portal solutions.
• Experience implementing workflow automation platforms in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Pega and/or comparable workflow management platforms.
• Experience with Guidewire Jutro Digital Platform (JDP) or Guidewire digital products.
• Experience working within Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Proven success leading Agile development teams and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of customer and agent-facing digital platforms.
• Manage a team of engineers, architects, analysts, and delivery professionals responsible for digital and workflow initiatives.
• Drive adoption of workflow automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, priorities, and strategic technology investments.
• Oversee application development lifecycle activities including planning, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Champion Agile and DevOps best practices to improve delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cloud-aligned solutions.
• Monitor platform performance, user experience metrics, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
