You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to evolve interfaces and guide teams through agile design loops. The role emphasizes mentorship, system thinking, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in UX design for digital products.
• 3+ years designing products using a design system.
• 1+ years overseeing design system development or maintenance.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Agile environment experience with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience mentoring designers and giving actionable feedback.
• Experience leading cross-team efforts with engineering, design, and product management.
• Experience designing for iOS.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and their constraints.
• Strong communication to align teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define core elements of the Retail Design System: UX, visual, interaction, and motion components, with usage guidelines.
• Act as SME to support teams and extend the design system.
• Lead collaboratively to drive adoption and stakeholder outcomes.
• Work in a product team to improve partner experiences for North America stores.
• Think in systems, connecting teams to deliver scalable design solutions.
