Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Lead Digital and Automation Engineer to identify, develop and scale automation and digital manufacturing solutions across the Nutrition & Health network. Based at our R&D center in Bridgewater, US, you will collaborate with factory, engineering, quality, operations, R&D, digital and automation teams, technology partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in automation, process control, digital manufacturing solutions, AI and robotics, MES, and digital engineering.
• Solid knowledge of control system platforms and process simulation tools.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to translate ideas into measurable impact and create shared value.

Responsabilités

• Leading the identification, development, technical support and global deployment of digital manufacturing and automation solutions.
• Driving standardization and continuous improvement of automation and OT solutions across sites.
• Building partnerships with factories, project teams and technology suppliers to scale technologies.
• Providing expert guidance in electrical, automation and digital for investment projects from design to operations.
• Enabling secure, reliable manufacturing data through data integration and engineering initiatives.
• Coaching teams and sharing best practices across a global manufacturing community.
