Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s, Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Engineering with automation and digital technologies.
- 8+ years of experience in automation, process control, digital manufacturing and related fields.
- Experience with manufacturing facilities and MES/automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Leading the identification, development, and global deployment of digital manufacturing and automation solutions.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of automation and OT across sites.
- Build partnerships with factories, project teams and suppliers to scale technologies.
- Provide expert guidance in electrical, automation and digital for investment projects.
- Enable secure data and digital transformation in manufacturing.
- Coach teams to share best practices across a global manufacturing community.
