Job summary

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and ensuring sanitation and proper storage practices to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have current Certification for Dietary Manager.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and patient families.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dietary department, ensuring compliance with dietary standards and regulations at federal, state, and county levels.
• Plan, develop and monitor the nutritional needs and programs for residents.
• Participate with the interdisciplinary team to address residents' dietary needs.
• Manage and train dietary staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling and storage practices.
