Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a diesel technician.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts or flexible schedules.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize the workload of the diesel technician team.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and components.
• Coach and monitor members of the work team.
