Wisconsin Kenworth in Menomonie is seeking a Service Foreman - Lead Diesel Technician/Mechanic for the 2nd shift. The role requires a minimum of five years of heavy-duty truck experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Competenze

Formal technical school certificate/degree (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5 years heavy duty truck experience including repair orders, diagnosis, and maintenance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

Assess incoming service department jobs, create customer repair orders with signature.
Coordinate service shop work flow and assign jobs to technicians.
Update and close repair orders with proper documentation of all service activities.
Provide leadership and act as a technical resource for staff.
Inform service writer of delays, extensions, and additional requirements.
Establish and follow maintenance schedules for the service facility and shop equipment.
