Job summary

Wisconsin Kenworth in La Crosse is seeking entry-level and experienced diesel truck mechanics. You will repair, troubleshoot and maintain Class 8 trucks, with notes on repair orders and clear communication with the Shop Foreman and customers.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; technical degree/certificate preferred.
• Personal tool inventory to perform duties is preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on medium and heavy duty vehicles.
• Troubleshoots electrical, drive train, HVAC, brake, engine, and suspension systems.
• Writes clear, detailed repair orders describing causes and procedures.
