Re Reyes Fleet Management at the Reyes Beverage Group facility in Gardena is seeking a Lead Diesel Mechanic / Lead Fleet Technician to repair and maintain diesel tractors and trailers. This full-time role starts between 7am and 11am, with Monday–Friday shifts, and a pay rate of $43.00–$46.00 per hour based on experience.

This position leads the maintenance team, oversees preventive maintenance, and ensures timely repairs to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR per DOT regulations.
• Must possess own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds (frequent).
• Preferred: Technical school certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment including tractors and trailers.
• Identify root causes and perform required repairs.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance shop operations, plan and schedule work.
• Provide guidance and training to mechanics for timely, correct repairs.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, Reyes policies and safety practices; maintain qualification files.
