The role involves diagnosing and repairing tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units, with emphasis on thorough work order documentation and safety compliance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of related experience, own tools, and a valid CDL is highly desired or mandatory depending on site. Travel may be required.

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools for fleet maintenance and repair.
• CDL is highly desired and mandatory in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electric problems using diagnostic technology/software.
• Perform detailed inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA and Reyes Fleet Management safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required; operate company vehicles if applicable.
