Clean Harbors Denton, TX is seeking a Lead Diesel Mechanic to oversee shop operations, supervise maintenance, and ensure DOT compliance. The role includes maintaining service and parts records, performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment, and coordinating offsite service calls.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of diesel engine experience, 1+ year of DOT inspection experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of diesel engine experience.
• 1+ years DOT inspection experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in diagnostics, repair and maintenance of heavy equipment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily shop operations and supervise maintenance work.
• Ensure DOT compliance and maintain service/parts records.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs, including offsite calls.
• Complete daily checklists and communicate unit issues immediately.
• Submit all PM paperwork for tracking schedules.
• Adhere to Health and Safety SOPs and maintain a clean work area.
