Qualifications

• 5–7 years of diesel engine experience.
• 1+ year DOT inspection experience required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a shop environment.
• Proficiency in diesel diagnostics, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations and supervision of maintenance work.
• Ensure DOT compliance for the fleet and maintain service records.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Complete daily checklists and document PM schedules.
• Conduct Safety Checks and Annual Vehicle Inspections per laws.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with SOPs.
• Handle offsite road repairs/service calls as needed.
• Communicate issues promptly and manage paperwork for records.
